The Hover has disappeared for Command Blocks with hover notes.! In both Minecraft Marketplace 'maps, games, templates, add-ons' (pick your word from the various words). It has also disappeared from what I call basic Minecraft, 'vanilla'. Is this a bug, or did Mojang/Minecraft disable the hovering of Hover Notes????? I WANT IT BACK! Not happy.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
