The carved pumpkin cannot be enchanted while normal pumpkin can

you cannot apply enchantments (curses) via enchanted books on carved pumpkins, while it should be able to, on the other hand, the enchantments can be apply to normal pumpkin, which cannot be worn

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place an anvil
2. combine the normal pumpkin and carved with any enchanted books (curses to make sure)
3. see the result
