Carved pumpkin can't be enchanted in survival mode

The bug

The regular, uncarved pumpkin can be enchanted in survival mode, instead of the carved one. Inspite the fact only carved ones can actually be worn on the head.

This is likely due to the introduction of the carving mechanic, when the two blocks became separate ones, and one replaced the other, without moving the enchantability properly.

Awesome! Now time to have fun with friends stuck with pumpkins on their head! I really do appreciate the fix on this small issue that's kind of a small "quality of life" type of deal.

Bug has reappeared on 1.14.4
