[MC-134307] Cursor freeze for a short time when GUI opened

When you open a chest or a crafting table or some thing that opens a GUI. My Cursor will freeze about 0.2 second. this doesn't happen before 1.13.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Same problem but looks like he's cursor freeze longer.
checked he's post date is 4 days ago, mine is last Friday, 6 days.......
we name our title differently so he might haven't seen my post yet.
