When I load Minecraft 1.13, the launcher page unpacks all the files, then it closes and the Minecraft window doesn't open. When I launch 1.12.2 or 1.12.2 with forge the same thing happens. When i launch 1.12, the window opens but at the 'mojang' loading screen, it crashes. Even after deleting and re-installing minecraft the problem is still not fixed. This has happened for about a week now, and the 1.13 one, since its release. please fix this or i want a refund!(P.s. there are no crash report files about this in the crash-reports folder in the minecraft files. I don't know why)

Using Discord ? Please check MC-124460 , there is evidence that Discord interferes with Minecraft.
Otherwise, please attach after having this issue .minecraft/logs/latest.log or .minecraft/crash-reports/crash-report-xxxx.txt when you have a crash.
