Every time I launch the game, it will load completely, but once it loads to the menu, everything freezes entirely. I don't know the issue, and it doesn't even report it as a crash. I'm not quite sure why this keeps happening, I've updated Java, I've reinstalled the game, the launcher, and even tried deleting the .Minecraft folder and letting it completely reinstall with the game. If you know any fix for this, it would be so helpful, as I really want to try out the new 1.13 release. Thank you! (PS, this affects ALL versions I've tried loading, not just the 1.13 release)

Oh my god, thank you. I can't believe that was it! I have no idea how that would cause it, but after closing discord Minecraft fixed, so thank you!
Are you using Discord? If so, close it and see if your issue persists.
