[MC-134655] Minecraft 1.13 crashes upon launch

When I go to launch Minecraft 1.13 my game loads and shows the title screen for a brief second then it proceeds to crash.

Also, maybe this is caused because of your drivers OpenGL: GeForce GTX 950/PCIe/SSE2 GL version 4.6.0 NVIDIA 391.25, NVIDIA Corporation try updating them.

Identical stacktrace to MC-134077, but drivers are different version.
