Mobs stop spawning after some time on a multiplayer server.
How to replicate: Create a world. Build a Mob farm (without spawner). Test it Offline (Singleplayer) and on a server and see how mobs stop spawning after some time in Multiplayer.
I copied my world from my server and tested it Offline . On Multiplayer (only me online) i get like 20 Gunpowder in like 20-30 min. Offline i get more than a stack in like 15 minutes.

Yeah i copied the world from my server into my singleplayer. Than i checked all caves with gamemode spectator. I build the farm above an ocean. I also tried to kill all entities in Multiplayer. The only fix is to leave the chunks and come back to restart the spawning. But in Singleplayer i can just stay at my afk spot and it works fine. I also tested it with a local server because i thought its maybe due to my hosting provider but i got the same issue.
Does it happens with other players? did you make sure nothing else can spawn in the 128x128 radius around your player so only the mobs in the spawner can appear?
