[MC-134782] Can't place anything in a space

I have multiple blocks around my place that I cannot place anything into. I can place falling sand or concrete powder above said space, it will fall into the space. But then I cannot mine the block after that.

Does the error persist after a restart of Minecraft?

While standing near the area (just a few blocks away, at most), can you run the following command:

/say @e[distance=..10]

You can turn on commands by opening your world to LAN with cheats enabled.
