Iv seen this report for MCPE but I think it is important to say that this also affects the JAVA Edition and its Snapshot 18w30a

(I am sorry if this is a duplicate bug report) But java edition needs attention too!

Environment

This bug is created when sugar cane is place on underwater edges

(similar to the way it works on land by default)
