Minecraft is not responding at the launch when logo "Mojang" appears.
Minecraft can respond but then will not respond anymore when the the title screen appears.
Try to update java to version to version - done
Update Windows - done
When Minecraft title screen appears, the quality is bad, then, by clicking once, quality is HD, but afterward, Minecraft "is not responding".
Minecraft 1.13 works 1/10 times.
