/help does not trigger "Searge says:" easter egg anymore

On previous versions, running the help command on a command block sets the output to a set of a random funny messages, i.e. Searge says: Scoreboard deleted, commands blocked, etc. but now, running the help command sets the output to /xp -> experience, showing no sign of the easter egg at all, just the end of the large command list that is given to you when you run the help command in the chat.
