[MC-134960] Menu F3 is not translated into other languages.

In my opinion, should be translated:
"Block:"
"Chunk:"
"Facing:"
"Biome:"
"Light:"
"Lockal Difficulty:"
"Looking at block:"
"Looking at liquid:"
"Debug:"
"For help: press F3 + Q".

Still, there are very few reports of bugs in the translation, but the report MC-122597 devoted to one untranslated phrase turned out to be a bug.

Sounds like a suggestion, use r/minecraftsuggestions for suggesting things that should be added to the game instead of the bug tracker.

Intended. Debug menu is only for developer feedback and needs to stay in English.
