[MC-135045] Funky Terrain Generation With Small Floating Pieces

Sometimes the world generates with quite a few small pieces of floating terrain (screenshots from seed -1524333305). Is that an intended behaviour? It looks like leftover terrain that should have been removed by the world generator, IMHO.

Duplicate of MC-30607. This feature just happens much more often in the shattered savanna (Savanna M).

This is everywhere,, not only in the shattered savanna. I have prints from pretty much all biomes with lots of Tetris blocks floating in the sky. You guys can call a bug a feature if you are not willing to fix it...
