I have enclosed my server's start.bat and world in case either of those are the problem. Nothing special appears in the log, it just becomes unresponsive and unable to be connected to.

The file world/region/r.-1.0.mca is corrupt, after deleting that file, the world loads again.
Your world file may be partly corrupted, as I have had no success in opening it in Minecraft. Does your server work with a different world?
