Any time the numbers 4, 5, 8, and 9 should show up, they are missing. In the inventory on item stacks, when typing for chat, when checking F3, on signs...Anywhere the numbers should be, they are not. One unedited file plus one to clarify have been attached.

We've had the same issue in MC-134457 with outdated ATI graphics cards. I assume the same here with your Geforce x30M (x=4, 5, 8 ).
Try to update drivers from

http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/135678/en-us (830M, 930M)
