[MC-135367] Named Endermites in Minecarts Still Despawn

While putting a named Endermite in a minecart, I noticed its nametag disappeared and it despawned in two minutes as an unnamed one would. Outside of the minecart it behaves as intended, however.

@unknown that is a different issue. If that issue doesn't exist then you can create a new report about it. Also I can't reproduce this bug.

it didnt. it was protected by trapdoors and enderman spawning platform wasnt built yet.
