end citiy's wont spawn

i had started exploring the end after killing the dragon and after finding one end city no others spawned after that i even checked on the programme that can show were the cities can be located and they hadnt shown up. itcould be only aproblem withthat world but id thoughti report it anyways just incase others have the same problem
