[MC-135500] Backup world option doesn't appear when loading a world from future version

Loading a world from a future version in 1.13 (done by level editing) doesn't have a "Backup World" button like loading from 1.12

No need as downgrading isn't supported anyways.

The version is shown in red, indicating that you can't open the world and the phrasing suggests that the world will become corrupted, not that it might become corrupted. Backups could help, but might as well just prohibit the operation altogether.
