Strange motion blurring that's not visible to screen sharing or recording.

There is a weird blurring effect that's not being picked up by OBS, Discord screen sharing, or any screen-shot application. However we've verified it on multiple separate computers running a fresh install of 1.13. It's causing motion sickness and it's generally upsetting.

Please see the following links for independent phone-video recordings as none of us can seem to record it with computer software.

We've tried any and all video settings to disable this, nothing seems to be working.

It's extremely apparent on the lowest quality settings when you have the biggest difference in pixel colors. This seems to be some sort of additive blur that only exists in Minecraft.

Please check if you have activated motion blur in the grahics card settings software.

Hi Kumasasa,

Please be more specific because there is no motion blur setting in NVIDIA Control Panel, or NVIDIA Geforce Experience. Neither of which have a custom profile that would change any settings from other games anyways. This issue exists with VSYNC on or off in minecraft, happens on GSYNC enabled monitors and on non-GSYNC monitors (with both GSYNC enabled and disabled).

Also the issue described by my ticket is clearly different than the issue you marked it as a duplicate with; please un-mark this as a duplicate. If you watch the video evidence from both tickets you'd notice this. It's more pixel-ghosting than distorted rendering/tearing.

All of my friends are seeing this same issue; just go open up minecraft set graphics to fast and stand on some leaves; you'll immediately notice this effect with any movement, turning or walking. As you can see in the first video, there's even staggered ghost lines that appear of lighter colors of green inbetween the colors of the texture. There's something weird going on and none of us have motion blur on (or have the option to).

Just to be extra sure, I looked up how to add minecraft to the NVIDIA Control Panel and I tried turning everything off when it comes to AA or otherwise:

And no, that didn't fix it.

Also, all 3 of us have higher than 60hz monitors; we did try lowering them to 60hz but it did not change results. However our 4th friend only has a 60hz monitor and cannot see this issue. This could be related or just circumstances; our sample size is only 4 people so far.

Again, this is not resolved and not the same issue that it's claimed to be a duplicate of. Please re-open.

Seing your point now, but cannot reproduce with nvidia 1050ti and same driver like you.

For reference I went into my NVIDIA settings and fully disabled GSYNC from running entirely, (which shouldn't affect non-gsync compatible games like minecraft) just to be sure.

1.13 Windowed: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1xSAhrHLeXf9ZzYkI0rSyZ1o-F48ARhQb
1.13 Fullscreen: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1CXItoiKdMa3e3ZFJF_lOv3_v9zZjjdE4

Results are identical to before (pixel bleed / stutter), this is with in-game VSYNC enabled.

It's odd that you're not seeing it on a 1050TI; I'm on a 1080TI myself; heck I only reported this because my friend was getting motion sick from this (I'm the more tech savvy so he asked me to report it).

I don't believe I noticed the blurring on my machines, but I'm definitely getting motion sickness since the updated talked about in MC-127400

I wonder if its related to the monitor being used

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.15.1 stable release
