[MC-135696] Minecraft won’t launch 1.13

so my Minecraft has always worked on my computer but just last night when I went to launch my Minecraft 1.13 it froze and stopped responding on the White mojang screen. When I changed the version to 1.12 it worked perfectly fine but when I change it back to 1.13 it will freeze again. I tried to reinstall Minecraft and Java again but the issue still continues. But what makes this weird is that it was working fine earlier that day.

Are you using Discord? If so, does closing it fix your issue?

This bug (MC-124460) was introduced in the 1.13 snapshots. For now not using Discord will have to do it until it gets fixed.

This is an issue with Discord, not Minecraft. Disabling Discord's "overlay" feature should fix your issue while allowing you to use applications.

I have discord closed 100% and it still won’t launch

I have tried closing discord, reinstalling everything, and allocating all 16 Gb of my ram. The only thing that kinda worked was when I closed discord and allocated 16 Gb of ram but all I can do is load in for about 5 minutes and then the game crashes again.
