Opening Chests in underwater ruins and sunken ships will show an empty chest then the server crashes

Opening a chest that is in a sunken ship will reveal an empty chest. The server will then time out. This happens ~90 % of the time. When done on a server, the server times out and needs to be restarted. Occurs when opening chests that are in underwater ruins as well. After restarting enough times, the chest will show its contents and the game will continue.
