Haste with fishing rod when changing controls

Please describe the bug with detailed steps to reproduce.
Additonally: What did you expect to happen? What did happen instead?

Change controls from the mouse to a key on the keyboard, and hold right-click.

I expected it to slowly click with the rod, instead, it spam clicked super fast shown in the video.

can confirm. remapping right click to a spare key on a fishing rod spams the control much faster than holding down right click.
