[MC-135980] Mobs with the Silent tag make noise when attacked

The Silent tag is supposed to make mobs silent. However, a mob with the silent tag will make its normal hurt sound when attacked.

The command I used was /summon slime ~ ~ ~ {Silent:1}. Is this not specific to all mobs?

Still cannot reproduce with that command. Are you sure it's not the player punching sound? Try giving it the wither effect to hear whether it makes a sound.
