When I start the game from the launcher it crashes half of the time, if I load a world or create a new world it crashes 100% of the times, if I perform a command on the spigot server it crashes 100% of the times, every time I get this message:
monitor | Process Monitor | fatal | Process crashed with exit code -805306369 |
I already tried to allocate more ram memory.

I already followed all the procedures and the only solution seems to downgrade minecraft at 1.12 and do not install 1.13...
