[MC-13620] Still sitting after riding the horse!

I dismounted the horse (in water) and saw in my inv that I was still sitting down.I tried this again and this time i was sitting down swimming and walking.

I am able to produce this. This may not happen every time, but it does occur.

While this was happening, I couldn't pick up drops when my horse kicked me off and drowned.

This is not a duplicate. This one was created before MC-13774. This one is MC-13620. The other one is a duplicate of this one.
