Scute is not affected by doMobLoot

The bug

When a turtle grows up and drops scute, the game does not check if doMobLoot is set to false.

How to reproduce

1. Set doMobLoot to false

   /gamerule doMobLoot false

2. Summon a baby turtle

   /summon minecraft:turtle ~ ~ ~ {Age:-1}

   → The turtle will still drop scute
