[MC-136225] Weird visual glitch with blocks like flowers, saplings, torches, etc.

For some time now, I've been noticing a strange visual glitch with non-solid blocks like flowers, saplings, torches, etc. Basically, the texture of the block warps upward when looking at it from a certain angle. For blocks like flowers, extra tallgrass, and saplings, warping occurs at any corner except for sides, and for blocks like torches, you must be at least two blocks away and looking at it from the side (no corners). I have also included some images so you get a better understanding of what it looks like.

To me this only happened while running Optifine, so if you running Optifine it might not be a Minecraft glitch but an Optifine glitch. If your not running Optifine then... well I don't know

Please provide a screenshot with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.

Just to let you know, I have tested this in both Optifine and Vanilla and this seems to be a problem in Optifine. This doesn't surprise me because the version of Optifine I'm using is still in its alpha phase, so it looks like I'll need to report it to the creators of Optifine themselves.
