[MC-136403] Once the Game is Launched it doesn't respond for several minutes

Once I press the PLAY button on my Minecraft Launcher and the actual game starts to load my Minecraft screen shows the Mojang logo and in the corner it says '(Not Responding)'. I have to wait several minutes for the game to fully come on. This has been happening since I started playing Minecraft, but I did not know about this website and I wasn't sure whether it would count as a bug. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing these issues. If anyone knows how to fix this or whether it is normal for the game to do this please let me know.

Are you using Discord? If so, does closing Discord fix your issue?

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

Pressing C and F3 for 10 seconds doesn't seem to do anything and I can't seem to get a screen shot of my game

You should start pressing F3 then press C and hold both down. You will see a log in the game telling you it will crash.

When you say in game do you mean when my game is actually labelled Minecraft 1.13.1 and I am playing in a world or when my game has the mojang logo on the screen

This should work in the main menu (Single Player / Multiplayer / Realms page) and in-game.

So what does this suggest? Is it a bug or is it normal?

Edit: By the way I set it to private so there is no risk of any random person hacking into my computer

It is not normal behavior, however I do not know what the problem is. The bug tracker is not a place for technical support. There are a number of places where you can try to have the issue resolved in the meantime:

I have also marked your issue as public. There is no sensitive information in the crash report.

I need a twitch account to talk to technical support and I am not allowed as I am too young, nor would I ever use it again so it would be pointless. I guess I will just have to leave my game as it is. Is there any other way to contact the technical support team?

I would recommend either the Community Support (first option) which should not require a Twitch account.
