In the latest Java 1.13 version using the creation mode,use anvil be an enchantment that should not appear in the item when the enchanted.

You can add any enchantments you want in creative mode. You can even add protection on trident. You just cannot do that in survival mode.

In creative mode, you can enchant anything with enchantments that are not possible in survival mode.
Please search before reporting, as it's likely that one exists already.
