No, there's an issue here.

Under 1.4.2, that seeds locks Minecraft up on two separate machines. Under 1.4.1 it was fine.

Oh wow, I can confirm this, Minecraft's been at the "Converting World" screen for about 10 minutes now and not responding. Locked up alright!

Is indeed a duplicate - the crash report was sneakily hanging out in the crash reports folder without displaying. Closed!

@Jon You are correct there is an issue and it does lock up on that seed. However I still have to say this is one of the most poorly written bug reports I have seen in a while. Usually the mods will simply close these as they do not follow The Bug Report Guidelines Here.
