mounting leashed horses will result in the knot staying and the leash dissapearing

when you attach a horse to a fence with a leash. you can see the knot and the rope going from the horse to the fence. When you mount the horse and you gallop away, dismount the horse and walk back to the pole. the knot will still be there, but the rope part will be gone.

The leash can be found on the ground after this happens. Breaking the knot drops nothing. You can also attack more leashes to one knot, so I don't think this is a bug.

Maarten Thijs

but the leash should be broken. I mean. if the leash is on the ground, and the knot is still on the pole and drops nothing. shouldn't the leash be shorter then before?

Confirmed.

Can you please add more labels to avoid duplicates?

Daniel "Glampkoo"

And somebody can make the description and title better?

Maarten Thijs

what "tags" do you want me to add?

Daniel "Glampkoo"

lead, fence, post. i don't know something.

Platypus

I'm sure this is intended. Tell me, in real life would the knot on the fence just disappear when the lead snaps?

Choc Wise

In real life leads wouldn't snap just because the horse pulls on it. They're usually strong enough to drag a dead horse behind a truck for example.

Anon Ymus

Fixed in 13w22a. It is no longer possible to run away from the fence.
