[MC-13745] Tamed Wolves/Cats Teleporting when Leashed to a Fence

Step 1: Use a Lead on a tamed wolf or cat, then tie it to a fencepost, leaving the animal standing.
Step 2: Walk away from the fencepost until you reach a distance where the animal should teleport to your side.

Result: animal will teleport to your side, the Lead will break, and a Lead will drop on the ground beside the animal.

in the earlier updates i liked that but Tamed Wolves/Cats Teleporting when Leashed to a Fence i dont know about that and i have 1.5.2 and i dont know really much about this update so im oog

I am experiencing this in 15w51b.

Edit: Actually might be a slightly different bug than what was reported here. Since it only seems to occur when I ride away in a minecart.
