Powered rails automatically dismounts me. Also in regular rails my minecart is going so slow. Walking is faster than riding minecart.

Did the minecart pass over a powered activator rail? They automatically dismount you.

i7-4510U  CPU @ 2.00GHz  2.60GHz 8GB RAM 64bit geforce 840m

The problem is not resolved.

The minecart shakes when it is on powered rails.

As said before, you're clearly using activator rails in your setup. You're not using powered rails at all.
