[MC-137405] the game does not open

I just installed the new version 1.13.2, but when I try to start the game it closes, and the following message appears 'the game has stopped working'

If no crash report was created, please attach the launcher log (.minecraft/launcher_log.txt) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

Im also having this issue

The 1.13.2 crash on loading does not provide crash report.

Temporary FIX: Download and install latest version of optifine.
