[MC-13762] XP bar turns purple with potion in inventory

When having a potion in inventory, the xp bar turns purple.

Confirmed. It is not necessary to be flying, for it to be night, or for you to actually have the potion effect. You simply need to have a potion or splash potion in your inventory.
