No doors in a village

What I expected to happen was...:
A creative world that was a super flat desert. And village would spawn with doors.

What actually happened was...:
I entered into a super flat world, there was a village, I went into the village but there were no doors and zombie villagers were the only mobs inhabiting the village. Also there were no torches on the pieces of black wool.

Steps to Reproduce:

As far as I can tell they should be:
1. Open a super flat desert world.
2. Go to a village.
3. Observe.
