Village created with no doors, no torches and villagers all zombies

First off, I'd like to let you know that I did search for a bug like this and I didn't find any like it for 1.10, so please forgive me if there's one like this.

I made a survival world with no world editing or anything. I found a village in a dessert biome. The church was made of cobblestone and not sandstone, and there were no doors in the village. There were also no villagers, all I noticed was a turing zombie villager. Here are some screenshots.
