When I loaded the game in, it changed the language without me going into the settings and doing that. I tried to change it back to english several times but it kept changing back.

I'm not sure if it's set to read only. I attached a screenshot so you can see which one because i can't really type the language. It won't change back to english no matter how many times i restart it or try.

What language did it change to? Can you attach your options.txt? Does your user have permissions to write on that file or is it set to read only?
