Can't reproduce.
If you really want to change the language, open
%appdata%\.minecraft\options.txt, search for string "lang=", find the language file name you want to use, (US english =en_us, polish =pl_pl) type it in, save and restart minecraft. The selected language should be now inside Minecraft.If you need help in determining the language name, feel free to say so.
