In past versions of the game, if you would use the /setblock and /fill with the [oldBlockHandling] set to replace to replace a player_head or skull, the block would drop the skull.
This is no longer the case in 18w43. This feature was used for custom block placement mechanics that are now broken...
If this is an intended feature, can we please get a way to use /fill with the block handling "destroy" that only destroys a specific type of block like in the "replace" block handling?

Intended, drops from all (maybe?) other blocks are suppressed, so no point in making skulls special.
