[MC-138207] Pillagers can shoot backwards

Sometimes, if there is a player or villager behind a pillager, the arrow will shoot backwards instead of the pillager turning around and shooting normally.

It occures every time, when pillager is in a boat, that isn't facing towards the player. The pillager can not rotate herself in such situation, so she is shooting backwards.
