When you exit, or dismount the oak boat, the boat is invisible and your feet are trapped inside it, causing you to jump up and down rapidly and not being able to move effectively, until you destroy the invisible boat.

This issue is NOT fixed, it happens all the time in 1.14.4, disconnecting and re-entering game works around the issue, but it still exists.

I agree this is still unresolved I am getting fed up of being stuck in the boat when I'm trying to exit. Particularly as I play hardcore and have died once as I was being attacked and couldn't move.

This issue will be fixed in 1.15, hence the parent ticket is resolved already.
This occurs with all types of boats. You can avoid by dismounting and walking forward off the boat.
