Entering overworld from nether removes all loot from chests

Can you attach screenshots of the chests - where they were when the contents disappeared and with chunk borders on?

sorry but the world has been already deleted

chests,shulker boxes in overworld seems okey but those in nether are empty. Sorry for dark screenshot, the left two double chest are full,  third lower chest is half full, endchest is full and the small chest + all shulker boxes are empty. Some other chest in nether seems to keep storage but not sure...
