When joining a multiplayer server on the new 18w43c snapshot, the chunks never load on the client side (but the server never crashes, even after the 60 second timeout crash). The F3 menu retains the "Waiting for Chunks" message, but none are ever loaded, though the RX value is somewhere near 300-400.
I think this is related to MC-138348.
