Consistent getting kicked from server when attempting to ride minecart/boat and presumably pig saddle

Whenever someone tries to ride a boat or minecart the rider gets disconnected from the server immediately with the server logs stating that it "dismounts player" however, when said player tries to log on to the server again it will just consistently disconnect them from the server until the rider has been removed from the rideable entity by some way or another, usually by reloading the server in 1.5.1 and then making them dismount there.

It's also fixable if another person on the server manages to break the vehicles in the short amout the player appears logged in.

The Game displays "Null pointer exception", the error message in the launcher is:

I and two others also had this issue with Minecarts we tried to use one and it logged us out of the server. Using current snapshot.

Happens with horses too, which means anything "ridable" I presume.

You can also TP the player out. Simply type up the command, and hit enter as soon as they attempt to log in.

The as source mentioned Issue is about placing a boat in water, however i don't have that problem.
My problem is when using a boat/rideable object.

Vote for removal as duplicate.
