[MC-138467] Fire works aren't working when I use elytra

I tried launching myself when gliding but The firework Launched as if I used it on the ground

1. Did you look onto a block when clicking?

2. From where did the Firework start?

i was 100 odd blocks in the air and the fireworks started from my hitbox
