The title screen needs updating in 1.14 snapshots

1.14's theme is no longer Update Aquatic, so its (and its snapshots') title screen should be updated too.

Not a bug. The title screen will be updated at a later point.

Fixed in 18w47b

It still doesn't contain very many Village and Pillage features 😞 Like the one for Update Aquatic.

Well... 18w47b is still a choose-able option to be marked...
