What I expected to happen was...:
Cats swim at the surface so they stay alive
What actually happened was...:
Cats swim at the surface but they sill drowns
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a cat in the water.
2. It drowns
cats will also randomly walk in to water and drown, they will also teleport wrong and die.... this also still happens in snapshot 19w09a
