[MC-138724] The game is locked at 30 fps!

even when I have my max framerate set to unlimited, my game is locked at 30 fps and won't go above it no matter what I do.

My average fps is usually 80-100 fps

Is Vsync enabled?

It's not, at least not in-game (it would appear in the top row if it was)

No Vsync is not enabled and it never has been I always keep it on unlimited fps and it ALWAYS stays above 30 fps unless I'm actually trying to crash the game.
